TissueInformatics can rapidly and automatically identify and quantify any feature within tissue that can be made visible. Tissue features are universally based upon essential elements of shape definition, color identification (from staining or light microscopy), and architecture (i.e. size, volume, distance, etc.).

This brief demonstration shows our core Quant^f(x)™ technology program for tissue feature extraction and analysis. TissueInformatics' unique algorithms can be modified and applied to any tissue type and user-defined application. In this example, the tissue analyzed is human skin and the analysis application is called Derm^f(x)™.
