TissueInformatics can rapidly
and automatically identify and quantify any feature within tissue
that can be made visible. Tissue features are universally based
upon essential elements of shape definition, color identification
(from staining or light microscopy), and architecture (i.e. size,
volume, distance, etc.).
This brief demonstration shows
our core Quantf(x) technology
program for tissue feature extraction and analysis. TissueInformatics'
unique algorithms can be modified and applied to any tissue type
and user-defined application. In this example, the tissue analyzed
is human skin and the analysis application is called Dermf(x).
The next five screens show critical
steps in the Dermf(x) analytical
process by illustrating the type of information that can be extracted
and displaying a sample of resulting information.
